From the ICA-website:ICA-AtoM is web-based archival description software that is based on International Council on Archives (ICA) standards. 'AtoM' is an acronymn for 'Access to Memory'.
So it`s a software for the description and the retrieval of archival material and not only a platform. It`s an open source software which was developed in an international project of the ICA and the first presentation was at the 16th ICA-Congress in Kuala Lumpur in July this year.
